Republic Finance, LLC seeks a Consumer Loan Specialist to join our branch team in Georgia. The role focuses on originating consumer loans, completing applications, building relationships, and achieving sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience.

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $32,000 per year (paid hourly), plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a target-driven environment.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude and strong communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team.
• Ability to manage priorities with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & MS Office.
• Eligible for pre-employment background checks and insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Originates new loan business with customers and prospects.
• Evaluates customer needs and recommends loan products.
• Completes loan applications and follows up with applicants.
• Explains loan processes and answers product questions.
• Assists with loan issues and works with management on problem loans.
• Closes loans and prepares required documentation.
• Meets or exceeds loan goals and maintains an active loan portfolio.
• Provides excellent customer care during daily transactions.
• Maintains compliance with policies and procedures.
