Republic Finance in Georgia is hiring for a consumer loan specialist. This role offers a competitive base salary of $36,000 per year, paid hourly, plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.

You will originate loans, evaluate customer needs, process applications, and provide excellent service while meeting loan goals. Strong communication and integrity are essential; drive and teamwork are rewarded.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to comply with employment credit checks, background checks and drug screening.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing based on background check.

Responsibilities

• Actively seeks opportunities to originate new loan business with customers.
• Evaluates customer needs to recommend loan solutions.
• Completes loan applications and follows up with applicants.
• Explains the loan process and answers questions about products.
• Owns customer concerns and supports management strategies for problem loans.
• Closes loans and assembles loan folders.
• Meets or exceeds loan goals.
• Manages day-to-day servicing of a growing loan portfolio.
• Uses analytics to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Builds trust by upholding company policies and compliance.
• Processes insurance claims, follow-ups and payments daily.
• Delivers excellent customer care and handles inquiries.
• Adheres to corporate, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
• Answers calls and checks voicemail.
• Assists Branch Manager with daily operations and deposits.
