Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience desired.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong communication.
• Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & MS Office.
• Eligible for insurance licensing after background checks.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loans and build new customer relationships.
• Evaluate needs to recommend loan products and options.
• Complete loan applications and proposals for new borrowers.
• Explain loan processes and answer product questions.
• Address customer concerns and collaborate on problem loans.
• Close loans and organize loan folders and files.
• Meet or exceed loan goals consistently.
• Manage day-to-day servicing of a growing loan portfolio.
• Resolve customer issues using analytical skills.
• Process insurance claims, follow-ups, and payments daily.
• Provide excellent customer care through daily interactions.
