Republic Finance, a growing financial services company, is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist in Georgia to originate consumer loans and build strong customer relationships while meeting sales goals.

You will assist the Branch Manager with daily operations and serve as a role model for the team. The role offers a competitive total compensation including a base salary of $36,000 plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in goal-oriented, incentive-based sales.
• 1+ years in consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing per state background check.

Responsibilities

• Originates consumer loans and seeks new loan business with customers.
• Evaluates customer needs to recommend loan solutions.
• Completes loan applications and follows up with borrowers.
• Explains loan process and products to potential borrowers.
• Closes loans, assembles folders, and maintains records.
• Meets or exceeds loan goals and supports branch operations.
