Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (retail, goal-oriented, or incentive-based).
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced, goal-oriented, team environment.
• Ability to manage priorities with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet criminal background, credit history and pre-employment drug screen requirements.
• Ability to meet insurance licensing eligibility based on state's background check.

Responsibilities

• Originates new loan business with customers.
• Evaluates customer needs to recommend loan and product solutions.
• Completes loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers and follows up.
• Explains loan process and answers questions about products and processing.
• Manages day-to-day servicing of a growing consumer loan portfolio.
• Closes loans and assembles files, ensuring proper documentation.
