Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist in Stillwater, OK. You will engage customers, present tailored loan solutions, and manage the loan life cycle while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role supports a bilingual Spanish-speaking customer base and offers opportunities for career growth within a supportive team. The position is on-site with standard business hours and occasional Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement to achieve branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and clearly explain loan terms and options.
