The role focuses on delivering friendly, fast, and affordable financing while ensuring compliance and excellent customer experience across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and encouragement while meeting branch goals.
• Build new connections and engage customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems across channels.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve, stay goal-oriented, and educate customers on loan options and insurance products.
