Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement, delivering results for branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers through the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and our in‑house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement and a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products with clear loan term explanations.
