Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the office; record information and verify employment.
• Process payments and loan distributions; evaluate loan approvals within limits.
• Approve loans up to limits and complete closings.
• Handle account activities for collections; contact customers.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation; manage branch cash drawer and deposits.
• Actively market all branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
