Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone; verify credit and employment information.
• Process payments and distributions; advise on loan approvals.
• Approve loans within lending limits and close loans.
• Handle account activity for collections with customers.
• Prepare reports and maintain branch records; operate cash drawer and deposits.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
