Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Loan Consultant II to provide an exceptional customer experience while offering personal loan solutions. The role focuses on building a customer base through sales, loan extension and merchant referrals.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, processing payments and verifications, approving loans within limits, handling collections, preparing reports, and actively marketing branch products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 2–4+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling, computer skills, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and calling by phone; process verifications and record information.
• Process payments and loan approvals; make recommendations.
• Approve loans up to established lending limits and complete loan closings.
• Handle account activities related to collections and customer communications.
• Prepare reports, documents, and maintain records and branch closing.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
