Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2-4+ years consumer finance or related experience preferred.
Cash handling, computer skills, and customer service required.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and strong communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word applications.

Responsibilities

Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone.
Process payments, distributions, and make recommendations on loan approvals.
Approve loans up to lending limits and complete closings.
Handle account activities related to collection accounts and customer communications.
Prepare reports, transaction documentation and maintain records and balances.
Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
