Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4+ years consumer finance or related experience preferred.
• Cash handling, computer skills, and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office; receive and process verifications; record information.
• Process payments, distributions, and make loan approval recommendations.
• Approve loans up to lending limits and complete closings.
• Handle collection activities including calls and face-to-face communications.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage branch cash and deposits.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
