You will build a customer base through sales, loan extension and merchant referrals, while meeting monthly goals and maintaining compliance. This role offers a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Strong computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Greet, assist and solicit customers; process verifications, payments and loan actions.
• Prepare reports, manage cash drawer, deposits and closing records.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
