Lendmark Financial Services LLC is seeking a Loan Consultant I to deliver exceptional customer experiences while providing personal loan solutions. The role emphasizes sales, loan extensions, and merchant referrals to grow the customer base, while meeting monthly goals and ensuring compliance.

The position involves greeting clients, processing verifications, handling payments, and assisting with loan closings in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
0–2 years consumer finance or related experience preferred.
Cash handling and computer skills required.
Excellent communication skills.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and calling by phone.
Receive and process credit and employment verifications, and record information obtained.
Process payments and distributions; make recommendations regarding loan approvals.
Approve loans up to established lending limits; complete loan closings.
Handle account activities related to collection accounts, including calls and in‑person communications.
Prepare reports, correspondences, transaction documentation; file documentation; operate cash drawer.
Market all branch products and services to individuals.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
