Lendmark Financial Services LLC is seeking a Loan Consultant I to deliver exceptional customer experience and provide personal loan solutions. You will build a customer base through sales, loan extensions, and merchant referrals while meeting monthly goals and ensuring accuracy.

This role requires strong communication, cash handling, and team collaboration within a branch environment. The position offers an office-based role with opportunities for performance-based incentives and career growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience preferred.
• Cash handling, computer skills, and strong customer service abilities.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone.
• Process payments, distributions, and loan approvals within limits.
• Prepare reports and maintain branch documentation.
• Market branch products and services to customers.
• Complete loan closings and manage account activities for collections.
• Record information and ensure accuracy of transactions.
