Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office and on calls.
• Process payments, distributions, and advise on loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to lending limits and close loans.
• Handle account activities for collections and customer communications.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain records; operate cash drawer.
