Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience preferred.
• Cash handling, computer skills, and customer service skills needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office or calling by phone; process payments and reviews for loans.
• Process credits, employment verifications, loan approvals within lending limits and close loans as applicable.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
