Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years consumer finance experience preferred.
• Cash handling, computer skills, and strong customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office and over the phone, process verifications, payments, and loan actions.
• Prepare reports and maintain branch records and cash handling responsibilities.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
