Job summary

Mariner Finance in Cumming, GA is seeking a motivated customer service and sales associate to support loan solutions and exceptional service. The role requires problem solving, cash handling, and adherence to consumer laws; a high school diploma and 2+ years in related roles are expected.

You will process applications, manage payments, and work to meet branch KPIs while enjoying a competitive base plus monthly incentive. On-site hours include evenings and some Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a customer service or sales role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn financial software.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work at the assigned branch.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze credit/financial information.
• Contact past due customers to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Meet or exceed branch sales goals for company products and services.
• Learn applicable federal, state, and local consumer laws for compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer, process payments, and deliver deposits.
• Perform additional duties based on market demand and staffing.
