Key duties include greeting customers, processing payments and verifications, approving loans within limits, managing collections, and preparing reports. Performance rests on customer experience, compliance, and achieving monthly goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 2–4+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling, computer skills, and strong customer service.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office and by phone.
• Process payments, distributions, and loan approvals within limits.
• Approve loans up to established lending limits and close loans.
• Handle account activities related to collections and follow up with customers.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain files; operate cash drawer.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
