Job summary
Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Loan Consultant I to deliver exceptional customer experience while providing personal loan solutions. The role focuses on building a customer base through sales, loan extensions and merchant referrals, with success tied to customer experience, business generation, compliance and monthly goals.
The position requires handling loans within lending limits, assisting with verifications, documents and branch operations, and actively promoting branch products
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience.
- Cash handling, computer skills, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
- Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone; process verifications and loan decisions within limits.
- Prepare reports, transactions, maintain records, and close branch activities.
- Actively market branch products and services to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
