Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the office or calling by phone.
• Process loans, verify information, and complete loan closings.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Maintain records, process payments, deposits and loan documentation.
