Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone; receive and process verifications.
• Process payments, distributions, and advise on loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to established lending limits and close loans.
• Handle collection accounts and maintain customer communications.
• Prepare reports, documents, and record-keeping; operate the branch cash drawer.
