The position requires handling payments, loan processing, and active marketing of branch products and services, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 2-4+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling proficiency.
• Computer skills with MS Windows, Excel and Word.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office or calling by phone.
• Process payments, distributions, and advise on loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to lending limits and close loans.
• Handle account activities for collections and customer communications.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and records; manage branch cash.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
