Qualifications

• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across diverse settings.
• Maintain confidential business and personal information.

• Proficient with MS Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Recommend product and services to support branch sales goals and customer expectations.
• Market branch products and services to customers and potential customers.
• Conduct assigned collection calls to arrange payment.
• Seek opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers.
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
• Ensure customer information is correct and documents interactions.
• Consistently meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
• Conduct dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs promptly.
• Build internal and external relationships.
• Ensure customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintained.
• Adhere to all 1FFC policies and procedures dialogs.
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations.
