Qualifications

• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask effectively in a dynamic environment to meet branch goals.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and clear guidance through the loan process.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle, including collections as needed.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
