Responsibilities include multitasking, achieving branch goals, managing collections with compliance, and collaborating across departments via phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: sales, collections or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms and options.
