You will manage the loan process from initial contact to completion, including follow-ups and collections, using various channels such as phone, email, chat, and our internal systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to the role's dynamic demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and drive toward branch goals.
• Develop connections and present tailored loan solutions throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers via phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms and options.
