Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to deliver timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to achieve branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in‑house systems).
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and ensure understanding of loan terms and options.
