City National Bank in Los Angeles seeks a Lead Loan Servicing professional to oversee a centralized team responsible for loan boarding and ongoing servicing. You will ensure data integrity and maintain productivity and quality in line with SLA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of loan servicing experience.
• Knowledge of loan servicing, Regulations B, O and Z and their impact on portfolios and core systems.
• Strong organizational, project and time management skills.
• Ability to present ideas, obtain concurrence and resolve conflicts within the unit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of assigned staff and monitor workflow.
• Maintain data integrity, productivity and quality per SLA.
• Review loan/lease packages for accuracy before boarding.
• Resolve accounting/collateral inquiries (e.g., interest accruals, amortization).
• Address system exceptions and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Review and approve daily balancing sheets and assist staff as needed.
