Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for servicing all consumer, commercial, agricultural and SBA loan files and coordinating work within the unit and with other departments.
• Report pertinent information to the supervisor and respond to inquiries from customers and internal associates.
• Perform duties such as pre-booking, booking, servicing, and payoff processing for loan files.
• Reconcile servicing general ledger accounts and clear exceptions; assist with disbursements and reconciliations.
