Range Bank in Michigan is seeking a detail-oriented clerical assistant to support mortgage, installment, and commercial lending operations. You'll scan loan files, manage homeowners and flood insurance, and process loan discharges.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scan loan files.
• Manage homeowners insurance.
• Manage flood insurance.
• Process paid loans and prepare mortgage discharges.
• Manage Real Estate Tax for escrow and non-escrow loans.
• Prepare annual escrow analysis.
• Track final title policies.
• Provide loan processing support as necessary.
• Set up ACH.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Adheres to Range Bank Policies & Procedures.
• Upholds the highest level of confidentiality and cyber security awareness.
