Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced education in accounting, business administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process loan payments and related items (taxes, insurance, PMI, force place insurance).
• Mail BSP, Foreclosure and RD Default letters.
• Discharge mortgages and manage UCC filings.
• Process loan denials and withdrawals.
• Assist with Horizon-based loan maintenance and corrections.
• Review closed loans for documentation and upload accuracy.
• Perform GL settlement and reconciliation.
