Qualifications

• Fluent English required; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and manage the visitor area.
• Answer phones, take messages, respond to inquiries, and draft correspondence.
• Assist Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officers with loan file management and documentation.
• Collaborate with processors, closers, and underwriters to maintain workflow efficiency.
