Qualifications

• 1–2 years in banking or financial services; loan servicing preferred.
• Knowledge of escrow, property taxes, and loan servicing practices.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Microsoft programs and loan servicing platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage escrow accounts, including tax and insurance disbursements and escrow analyses.
• Process full and partial loan payoffs and verify amounts and charges.
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and customers to resolve servicing issues.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare notices to borrowers.
• Provide backup support for all Loan Operations functions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
