Establish escrow fields for new loans with escrow accounts.
Coordinate with insurance companies and agents for updated policies.
Review annual escrow analyses for accuracy.
Process insurance and tax payments when due and ensure timely payments.
Communicate with borrowers regarding insurance matters and proceed with force-placed insurance when needed.
Back up servicing duties such as payoff quotes and processing.
Maintain compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
