Responsibilities

• Book loans into the core system including new, renewals, and extensions.
• Review loans for accuracy post-booking and generate reports.
• Support consumer and commercial loan processing including mortgage and leases.
• Collaborate with documentation and credit teams to ensure accurate booking.
• Process loan payments and fund disbursements across channels.
• Handle loan maintenance, payoff quotes, and related reports.
• Maintain UCC filings, lien perfection, and mortgage filings.
• Assist internal/external partners with servicing inquiries.
• Research exceptions and resolve with senior support when needed.
• Identify and implement client-focused process improvements.
