Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma.
• Prior banking experience in Loan Operations is preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Access.
• Understand the loan lifecycle from booking to servicing.
• Familiarity with Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.
• High accuracy in reviewing documents and processing loans.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Gather, interpret, and transcribe files to input loan boarding packages.
• Perform QA review and loan research in line with guidelines.
• Prepare payoff quotes and send to the appropriate party.
• Process post-loan funding, including GL transactions.
• Prepare PMI cancellation requests.
• Review daily maintenance reports and final mortgage titles.
• Provide customer support for loan servicing, including payments, taxes, and insurance.
• Coordinate with branch personnel to resolve issues and minimize risk.
• Adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
• Develop proactive internal communication with Loan Servicing Manager.
• Assist other loan divisions as needed and ensure compliance training is completed.
