Responsibilities

• Counsels delinquent members by phone and mail to arrange repayment.
• Analyzes borrowers' financial situations to determine further actions.
• Maintains accurate files and reports on collections activity.
• Coordinates processing of bankruptcy claims and legal actions on delinquent accounts.
• Communicates with banks, repossession agents, attorneys, and courts as needed.
