Job summary

Coast360 Federal Credit Union in Maite, GU 96910 welcomes a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Representative to join our team. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous financial services, lending, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support for loan servicing questions and requests.
• Process loan and credit card changes, adjustments, modifications, and payments.
• Maintain accurate loan records and documentation.
• Assist with loan closings, releases, file maintenance, and archiving.
• Monitor insurance and collateral documentation.
• Process credit card requests, including replacements, transfers, closures, and changes.
• Assist with mortgage, consumer, and business loan servicing needs.
• Resolve member questions and issues while providing excellent service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure loan requests are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services when appropriate.
• Perform other duties and provide support to the Loan Servicing team as assigned.
