Job summary

Quontic Bank is seeking a Loan Administrator to provide comprehensive loan servicing support and data-driven insights. You will act as a knowledge base for the servicing platform, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate loan data and compliant pledge and transfer processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; OR associate degree with 2+ years in the functional area; OR high school diploma with 4+ years in the area.
• Additional 3+ years of progressive experience in the functional area.
• Knowledge of loan administration functions and regulatory bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to borrowers, clients, internal teams, and sub-servicers within 24 hours.
• Become a subject matter expert of the loan servicing platform and data dependencies.
• Identify gaps and enhancements to enable more loan types and automation.
• Prepare and review loan process reports to communicate portfolio performance to management.
• Reconcile MERS loan records and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate pledge processes with FHLBNY and FRBNY ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Validate loan sale transfers with investors and subservicers.
• Serve as point of contact to foster collaboration and efficiency.
• Use data analysis to design KPI reports for actionable insights.
• Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
