Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of loan servicing or underwriting experience.

Responsibilities

• Warrants accuracy of loan-level data on the core servicing platform.
• Communicates with Members and service providers to deliver best-in-class service.
• Performs account research and reconciliation per internal policies.
• Supports escrow administration tasks including tax & insurance disbursements and analyses.
• Processes payoffs, loan modifications, forced placed insurance, and related duties.
• Ensures adherence to RESPA, Dodd-Frank, Biggert-Waters, and SCRA regulations.
