Job summary

First United Bank in Durant, OK is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager to oversee the Loan Account Servicing Department, ensuring data integrity, timely processing, and strong risk controls within the CORE loan accounting system.

You will lead a team across Oklahoma and Texas Community Banks, coach staff, recruit and train talent, manage escrow analyses, and ensure accurate reporting, customer service, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related field is required.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Banking/Financial Services with a minimum of five years of supervisory experience.
• Three to five years advanced working experience with loan accounting systems, loan account setup, monitoring and maintenance, escrow analysis and processes, loan codes, general ledger reconciliation, research, participation services, and loan customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functions of the Loan Account Servicing Department to ensure data integrity and risk controls.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of loan data and HMDA/CRA data in the CORE system.
• Manage escrow analysis and payments; maintain reconciliations and reports.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff; recruit and train talent for the department.
• Ensure excellent customer service to lending associates and bank clients.
• Provide guidance across units regarding loan accounts, documentation, and file management.
