Job summary

Availa Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager to lead the Loan Servicing Department and support lending teams. The role requires directing staff, ensuring accuracy, timely servicing, and compliance with banking regulations across commercial, agricultural, consumer, and mortgage loans.

The manager will collaborate with the Loan Operations Officer and other managers to promote efficient workflows and positive interdepartmental relationships while maintaining high service levels for clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in banking or lending environments.
• Strong knowledge of loan servicing terms, processes, and systems.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development for Loan Servicing and Loan Operations staff.
• Serve as SME for complex loan servicing, operational and system issues; guide employees and departments.
• Oversee servicing of loans in core system, ensuring accurate data, terms, and maturity dates.
• Maintain knowledge of core banking system and regulatory requirements; implement policy changes.
• Establish strong internal controls and fiduciary responsibilities; ensure audit trails.
