Responsabilidades

• Handles complex levels of loan transactions requiring subject matter expertise and supporting senior management.
• Reviews closed loans for adherence to established loan guidelines.
• Responds to internal and external audits and inquiries, recommending the appropriate course of action in accordance with bank guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Supports or conducts loan level negotiations with external parties.
• Provides feedback to underwriters and participate in the development and delivery of training, as needed.
• Trains and mentors teammates to improve individual and team performance.
