Job summary

Minnesota League of Credit Unions is seeking a Consumer Loan Servicing Representative to assist members with questions on lending products and services by phone and email. The role requires on-site work at the Administrative office in Saint Paul, MN, with a weekly Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities include handling loan payments, payment options, reversals, due date changes, and CPI-related tasks, along with pay-offs and insurance-related processing, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with loan servicing processes or financial platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and chats about servicing current consumer loans.
• Assist members by taking payments over the phone through SWBC.
• Provide payment options, setup and changes for loans.
• Process payment reversals, recasts, and due date changes.
• Gathers loan information and handles CPI placement and waivers requests.
• Provide pay-offs and Letters of Guarantee requests for insurance companies.
• Handle Q2 digital banking messages and other duties as assigned.
