Job summary

TopLine Financial Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Loan Officer (Member Service Specialist) in Maple Grove, MN. You will help members by providing information on credit union services and guiding cross-sales opportunities while maintaining a high level of service.

You will originate and close consumer loans (auto, personal, credit card, boat & RV, home equity) and open/close accounts, aiming to meet monthly production goals in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years lending or sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and friendly face to members.
• Take loan applications and originate/close consumer loans (auto, personal, credit card, boat & RV, home equity).
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to qualified members.
• Open and close personal and business accounts (Money Market, CDs, checking, savings).
• Assist branch staff and members with account-related problems.
