Job summary

The Hawaii State Federal Credit Union (HSFCU) is seeking a Consumer Loan Servicing Associate to support consumer loans from post funding through payoff, including title processing, loan servicing, and member support. This position is in-office at our HSFCU Headquarters in Downtown Honolulu.

The role offers cross-training across servicing functions, learning opportunities, and the chance to grow within a supportive, community-focused credit union environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Process, track, and maintain titles, title releases, and related documents.
• Respond to member inquiries by researching issues and resolving requests.
• Maintain accuracy of consumer loan records and servicing data.
• Monitor insurance records with third-party vendors and keep files current.
• Generate and file loan correspondence and supporting documentation.
• Research and resolve servicing inquiries; collaborate with senior staff.
• Cross-train across multiple servicing functions and expand knowledge.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual loan servicing tasks within deadlines while complying with policies.
