Job summary

First Fed in Western Washington seeks a Loan Servicing Lead to organize and guide daily loan servicing across consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans. You will train staff, oversee complex processes, and ensure postings, payoffs, and escrow tracking are accurate.

The role requires an associate degree and 3+ years of loan servicing experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Cleartouch and Fiserv products. We offer comprehensive benefits and a quarterly incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certified equivalency with 3+ years loan servicing experience or equivalent.
• Advanced understanding of a wide range of loan products including consumer, mortgage, commercial and SBA loans.
• Experience with Fiserv products preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal/external customers.
• Ability to direct and coach staff, and manage workflow effectively.
• Proficiency with standard software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activities in Loan Servicing.
• Process complex loan boardings, quality control reviews, file maintenance, and payoffs within SLA.
• Handle customer account requests including posting payments, payoff quotes, tax and insurance payments.
• Balance the general ledger daily and monthly.
• Coach and develop loan servicing staff and provide training opportunities.
• Maintain advanced user skills for Cleartouch and related lending interfaces.
• Direct workload assignments to team members and support the Loan Servicing Manager.
• Support project tasks to meet growth goals and perform audits on funded loans.
